In the beginning.... we bought a house.  The first thing I did was paint.  I couln't live with the orange undertones in the room.

Just a little about myself.  I live with my husband, my son and our dog.  I love being crafty and fixing things up.  We bought our house 2 years ago and I am slowly making it a home.  I am trying to figure how to fix up things myself,  I don't want to spend the money to have someone else do it if I can and I can make it exactly how I want.  In this blog I will show you exactly how I did it.  I have no prior experience in construction, plumbing or anything else.  I just look online and make a lot of calls to my step-father for help. It will take me a little bit to catch up but I will post all that has been done previously and current ongoing projects.
